\nSummary/Objective
\nSole contact for the Service Team and Team Leaders to track and coordinate all resource scheduling. Make
\nindependent decisions within defined areas of responsibility. Provides the means to improve the efficiency of maintenance resources and lower maintenance costs.
\n \nBrings off-target key performance indicators (KPIs) back into acceptable ranges. Ability to identify errors and plan corrective methods.
\n \nEssential Functions
\n1. Ensures all accepted jobs are reviewed, prioritized, and have a detailed work plan consisting of the required manpower, duration, safety procedures, tools, materials, equipment, and specifications.
\n2. Creates and maintains equipment files with standard job packages, ensuring techs receive detailed scope of work and specific specialty tools needed to complete the job.
\n3. Facilitates routine cross functional planning meetings with assigned business unit backlog. Coordinates upcoming maintenance work with the Project Management and Technology team to ensure access to equipment at the designated time.
\n4. Develops, maintains, and reports on metrics relevant to the planning process, such as schedule compliance, planning accuracy.
\n5. Develops detailed schedules and tracks progress of all maintenance and engineering work to be executed during extended shutdowns and new machine projects.
\n \nCompetencies
\n1. Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft products, and a quick ability to learn new software
\n2. Reliability to operate independently while supporting the team
\n3. Strong problem-solving skills

\n5. Time Management Skills
\n6. Project Management is a plus
\n7. Organizational Skills, especially in high tempo situations
\n8. Knowledge of plant safety, environmental, and maintenance or related is a plus
\n \nRequired Education and Experience
\n1. Experience in operations, scheduling or related field; degree and/or Project Management is a plus.
\n2. 5 years of related maintenance experience is preferred
\n3. SAP experience ideal
\n4. Scheduling/Dispatch experience preferred but not required
\n \nSupervisory Responsibility
\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
\n \nWork Environment
\nThis job operates in a hybrid model, combining professional office (primary) and home office settings. Customer on-site visits are unlikely.
\n \nPhysical Demands
\nAn employee must meet the physical demands described here to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. This position requires occasionally lifting office products and supplies up to 20 lbs.
\n \nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work
\nThis is a full-time position. Typical hours of work are business hours between 8:00am and 3:45pm Monday
\nthrough Friday.
\n \nTravel
\nOccasional travel is expected for this position.
