Job Title: Wash Plant OperatorCompany: Asgard ResourcesLocation: Bainville, MTPay: $20-$30/hr. DOESchedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5-6 days/week | 12-hour shifts)About the RoleAsgard Resources is hiring Wash Plant Operators to help operate and maintain our frac sand processing facility in Bainville, MT.Operators monitor equipment, assist with maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.This is a hands-on role working around conveyors, pumps, screens, and other frac sand processing equipment in an outdoor industrial environment.Training on plant systems and equipment will be provided.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate frac sand wash plant equipmentMonitor conveyors, pumps, screens, and other plant equipmentPerform routine inspections and report maintenance needsAssist with plant maintenance and general cleanupTroubleshoot minor equipment or production issuesRecord production and maintenance informationWork with loader operators and supervisors to support plant productionFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEPreferred QualificationsMechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand toolsExperience in an industrial, mining, oilfield, or manufacturing environment preferredExperience operating loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment is a plusAbility to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platformsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to work long shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceBenefitsBCBS health insurance (70% employer paid for employees and dependents)Company-paid life insurance & AD&D ($100k)Optional Benefits: Dental, Vision, STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Voluntary LifeCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunities to learn plant equipment and grow within the companyHow to ApplyLocal candidates within commuting distance of Bainville / Williston are strongly encouraged to apply.Please submit your resume or email it to:Jobs@asgardsand.comSubject Line: Wash Plant Operator ApplicationJoin Asgard Resources and be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork.
