Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hearing Aid Specialist role located in Sheboygan, WI. The Hearing Aid Specialist will perform hearing assessments, assist with audiometric testing, and support the selection, fitting, and adjustment of hearing aids and related devices. Daily responsibilities include educating patients on hearing solutions, counseling on proper device use and maintenance, and providing follow-up care to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. The role also involves accurate documentation of patient interactions, coordination with audiologists and other clinical team members, and delivering professional, empathetic customer service in a clinic setting.
