Role Description The Hearing Aid Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role involves conducting hearing evaluations, including audiometric testing, and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions. The specialist will fit, program, and adjust hearing aids, provide ongoing follow-up care, and educate patients and families on device use and maintenance. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with audiologists or other hearing care professionals as needed, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for every patient.
